Flakebridge Estate Cottage refurbishment

Flakebridge shooting estate were looking to rent out this property but needed to gain a higher EPC report so we were asked to remove the first floor ceilings and walls and fit new PIR insulation in-between and below roof rafters and also in-between and in front of the walls.

The first floor was re-boarded and skimmed, we also fitted more efficient storage heaters and immersion water heater.

The whole cottage was then re-decorated and new floor coverings through out.

The cottage also had an old log burner and back boiler fitted which was removed and a new multi fuel stove fitted.
