Another beautiful little village in Teesdale is Mickleton, located about two miles from Middleton-in-Teesdale. You take the alternate route to Barnard Castle to go to Mickleton but just as scenic as all roads seem to have in Upper Teesdale.

We've been struggling for months & months to find reliable tradesmen , someone who'll turn up, do a proper job and not charge the earth for a number of jobs at our Victorian renovation project. We'd hit a standstill with progress and needed help.
We finally found H & M construction! 2 1/2 days later they completed a number of jobs that allowed us to finally move forward with our home! We already have them booked in for another job and have quotes ready for further work when we're able to do it. can't recommend them enough!!
