Full house renovation at 3 Quebec Terrace, Mickleton

This 3 bedroom house in mickleton was in need of quite a bit of “TLC” when we started this project.

The house was literally gutted which included the existing ground floor stone flags being lifted (stored for re-use) dug down which enabled us to fit new insulation, concrete and underfloor heating pipes in which was run by a ground source heating system.

We stripped off the existing roof slates, and re-fitted with new breathable felt, along with stripping down the unsafe chimney and re-building.

We also made new opening to the rear of the property along with lowering the ground level and laying Indian paving to form a lovely patio area where you can access from the great kitchen/dining room.

New electrics and plumbing works inside along with plasterboard, skimming, all joinery works, tiling and decoration to really transform this property.
