GRP roof repair and new Velux flat roof window

The client had just bought the property and rang us about water marks below the existing Velux, as soon as we visited we noticed that someone had fitted a normal Velux roof light on a flat roof which was causing a lot of the water ingress along with damaged lead work and slates.

We stripped out section of slates along with all the lead work, Velux and repaired some timber which had rotten due to the water.

We then fitted new OSB board a new flat roof Velux, Cure-it GRP roofing system, repaired the slates and parts of the old lead valley to give the client a dry room and proper Velux for the job.
