This client had a loft consisting of a few small rooms and decided to open up the whole loft to make one big play room.
We dry lined all the external walls and filled with PIR insulation, new electrics were installed along with plasterboard, skim and pre-primed MDF skirting board to make a great room on the top floor for the kids to enjoy.
