Middleton Methodist Church Conversion Phase 1

Conversion of the old Methodist Church in Middleton-in-Teesdale to the new Pathway after the sale of the original church.

LOCATION: Middleton-in-Teesdale, Co Durham

We won the tender for phase one of the Methodist Church refurbishment which included removing and re-fitting the blue slate roof adding Trim-Iso foil insulation while doing do along with electric Velux roof lights.

All new timber windows and door fitted with some openings adjusted in size.

The original school rooms were all on different levels so some of these needed stripping out, dropping down and while others needed filling up so that everywhere was on the same level through out.

There was new doorways and openings knocked out and formed underfloor heating fitted between different makes up as one area was fitted into the new flowing screed while the other was laid on top of the existing wooden floor and all brought to the same level.

New electrics, CCTV, Audio and video through out the build with all existing walls and ceiling over skimmed and suspended ceilings fitted to part of the hall.

Movawall fitted to enable different size room being mate by separation of larger rooms.

New industrial fitted kitchen, flooring doors and decoration through out.
