Oak staircase and internal works.

A nice inside job at the back end of 2019 at Marwood Drive in Barnard Castle which included the strip out of the existing staircase, internal doors, laminate flooring and coving to ground and first floor.

A new Oak staircase, newels, spindles and hand rail was fitted and when we removed the plaster below the old staircase we found a brick wall which the client asked if we could make good. We cleaned all the brick down grinder out the joints and pointed in a lime mortar.

We build two build in wardrobes to the master bedroom along with Oak doors, pre-primed MDF skirting and solid plaster coving to ground and first floor along we over skimming of two bedrooms and the living room ceiling.

The entrance hall walls were panelled out and floor tiled along with new oak flooring laid in the hall way.
