Shooting Lodge, Brotherlee

A complete build from the ground up to the final drop of paint on this 7 bedroom, all en-suite shooting lodge we did in 2013 at Brotherlee, Stanhope.

This was our first ever timber frame construction we did, it was stone faced with coursed sand stone, with reclaimed blue slates used on the roof.

This property had underfloor heating to all downstairs with traditional radiators to the first floor ran by air source heat pumps.

We also did a lot of ground works around this property which included retaining walls, dry stone walling, pond formation, car park hard standing being formed along with stone steps, Indian paving and new gardens being formed.
